This is got to be the worst company ever. I've written them over and over and over trying to return a torn up filthy item that I purchased through anthropology.

Nobody has gotten back to me and I tried to go through this service and I got cut off. Please somebody call me back 607654****

Nobody has called me. Nobody has spoken to me.

I have left plenty of messages. This company has got really bad customer service!

I purchased something that is filthy, and torn, and not worth a fraction of what I paid. I need to be refunded. I need a free return shipping label.

I canceled this subscription months ago, Im still being charged and cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service. The reason I canceled is because if you would like one item out of your order, you cannot send back your order incomplete like rent the runway where you can keep one of the pieces and order for others.

I want a refund. All of these items have been worn a lot and are in terrible condition.

I could have gone to Goodwill and gotten better looking clothes than these! I'm extremely disappointed in what has arrived that I purchased! Can I speak to someone about this ASAP?

This doesn't even look like Anthropologie or fit like Anthropologie clothes! They're terrible!

Two of the items that I rented from your company and received yesterday in the mail are very worn in. They are faded in color.

The fabric feels thin in certain areas, and the sweater has staining as well as snags in the knitted fabric. I have rented with you now for a few times and have been happy until now with the clothes Ive received.

However, these are unwearable and I would like to have them exchanged if somebody could give me a call or email back to discuss how I go about being refunded or or exchanging these items for something in better shape.

Nuuly was great and the problem was solved immediately. I was worried about pmt going through while I was out of town.

They make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. I cant get anyone on the phone and they keep asking me to fill out forms including using my credit card number which is so stupid because I want to cancel my subscription.

It was very easy to join of course but I am not interested in this company any longer and I think it should be a lot easier to be able to cancel a subscription. Oh
